Our charcuterie producers use traditional methods and keep things simple. The true flair of the product is found in the provenance of the meat that we use. We support producers who have a close relationship with farmers who follow humane and ethical procedures when rearing and slaughtering their herds and droves.
Our range covers everything from traditional style South African biltong to Italian style Coppa and Culatello. We also stock delicious organic salami’s and chorizo, perfect for a delicious snack, a hero on a harvest table or bringing a home-cooked meal to life.
