Salami: Pork, non-iodised salt, sugar, fennel seed, black peppercorn, red wine, garlic, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
Contains pork, garlic and traces of sulfites. Made in a facility that uses nuts and soy.
Keep refrigerated. Sliced to order and discard after three days
