WHITE STEENBRAS is Kokerboom’s premium white mould cheese that’s similar to many French-style camemberts. A soft, thin rind white mould cheese that is a delectable, ready-to-eat treat.
Maturation:
It can be eaten from three weeks to two months according to one’s palate. No maturation is essentially required.

A soft, flavourful cheese that forms a luxurious créme at room temperature.
Ingredients:
Champion single herd, special select, Golden Guernsey, grade A22 full cream pasteurised milk, microbial rennet, cultures, CaCl, Penicillium Candidum, P. Roquerfortii.
Allergen warning:
Contains cow’s milk, lactose, Penicillium.
Storage instructions:
Keep wrapped in foil, never plastic. Wipe unwanted mould with light saline.
