This is Kokerboom’s signature soft blue cheese, and it’s not one for the faint-hearted. It’s a full-flavoured, creamy, super smooth and gobsmackingly delicious stilton style blue cheese made in a traditional manner. Its creamy flavours mature into a wonderfully full bouquet.
Maturation:
Can be eaten from three weeks and its flavour climaxes around three months.

I’ve still got some of this left in my fridge which is quite exciting. Absolutely sensational on sourdough bread with slow-roasted tomato as an open-face sandwich.
