This is Kokerboom’s signature soft blue cheese, and it’s not one for the faint-hearted. It’s a full-flavoured, creamy, super smooth and gobsmackingly delicious stilton style blue cheese made in a traditional manner. Its creamy flavours mature into a wonderfully full bouquet.
Can be eaten from three weeks and its flavour climaxes around three months.

Single herd champion Guernsey cows milk, goats milk, microbial rennet, mesophilic cultures, CaCl, penicillium roqueforti.
Contains cow and goat milk, lactose, Penicillium.
Keep wrapped in foil, never plastic. Can be stored in an airtight container.
